New TRS FAQs

Question: I cannot see the forms.  How do I access them? 

Answer: Prior to first time access, go to TRS Registration Form, click the Go to Rights Elevation Request Form button, fill out form.  An email response will indicate when access has been granted.  For subsequent access, click the LOG IN button and input My.UNL credentials.

 

Question: What if I do not have My.UNL credentials?

Answer: You will not be able to use the new site.  This new site has specific University web security and access requirements in compliance with University guidelines. And the new website will require My.UNL credentials.

 

Question: Am I going to need to provide more information before logging in?

Answer: Additional profile information is not needed.

 

Question: Can I submit requests today?

Answer: Yes, as soon as your Rights Elevation Request has been reviewed and your profile updated to access the group of forms requested.

 

Question: Will my past requests be available to review in the new TRS forms after September 14.

Answer: Service request submissions from new TRS forms will be retained for your convenience.  Requests submitted in old TRS forms are available upon request.  Request for past requests can be submitted from the following Application Support Request form: https://its.unl.edu/application-support-request/.
